Our Story
For the last 15 years we have brought our expertise in leadership and organizational development to the various industries we have worked in. The Dash Group has relied heavily on the Judgment Index as our assessment of choice in hiring and development because we have found it to be more reliable and helpful to letting us fully understand someone's capacity in the areas of judgment that are critical for their success. Our client's have found it to be incredibly helpful and continue to use it long after our engagement with them has ended.
After a tragic school bus accident in TN in November of 2016, we reached out to the leadership of The Judgment Index, an assessment we have relied heavily on for years, to collaborate on an industry-specific report for Pupil Transportation. We knew we could make children safer by improving the judgment of school bus drivers. They were eager to collaborate with us and as that relationship grew, in August of 2018 we expanded our company to include an assessment entity devoted to helping other specific industries, close to our hearts in collaboration with The Judgment Index. Those reports laser in on qualities, by industry, necessary to improve hiring, development, promotion and succession planning. It is and has always been our heart to help leaders leave a legacy of empowered people and healthy organizations. We believe this assessment is a key component to realizing that vision.
