This assessment is based on the life's work of Dr. Robert Hartman.  That work hypothosized that one's behavior and capacity to demonstrate good judgment was driven by their personal values.  Dr. Steve Byrum developed this research further to create the assessment we use today.  To our knowledge, no other assessment can claim to have that level of science behind it.
No other assessment on the market can claim such an accurate and individualized algorithym as the Judgment Index.  In fact, the mathmatition that worked with Einstein on his theory of relativity developed the algorithym that has made this assessment so accurate and effective
There are just some things you can't get from an interview, resume´, reference or other screenings.  Those are the vital things that really tell you who a person is.  Things like critical decision-making, work ethic, assertiveness, trustworthiness, and stress-coping ability are just a few of the things this assessment can reveal.  Reports tailored to your specific industry will reveal those critical qualities you can't see that make all the difference.

Easy to Take and Administer

One of the great things about the Assesswise Judgment Index is that it is so easy on both the assessed and the administrator.  The assessment is taken on line about 15 minutes and the results arrive in minutes after completion with the exception of our executive assessment.  We will even give you interview questions to learn more!
